What to write about

Anything: a costume idea that made no sense, a broken link, a retailer you think should be on the site, a question about the affiliate disclosure, or a press or partnership enquiry.

Expect a reply within a few working days. This is a small site run by one person, not a support desk.

Orders and returns

We cannot help with an order, a delivery or a refund, because nothing is bought here. Every purchase completes on the retailer's own website, so their customer service is the one that can actually see your order. If you are not sure which shop you bought from, write anyway and we will point you in the right direction.
